Bike MS ® is more than a ride. It’s an experience grounded in camaraderie and marked by passion, inspiration, determination and pure enjoyment. It will be an experience you’ll never forget, shared with new friends and old.
Much more than the ride of a lifetime, with each pedal stroke you’ll be helping us reach our goal — a world free of MS.
The BP MS 150 is a 2 day, 150 mile bike ride that is taking place on April 27-28.
Ever since I was in Junior High and High School, I've wanted to do the ride because I though it would be fun. I never participated until 2016 and I can tell you, it is INCREDIBLY fun, but that's not the only reason I ride.
When I lived with my parents, we had a neighbor that was living with MS. I never really understood what that meant or how it affected someone.
It wasn't until I was working for Harris County that I had a co-worker that had MS and he was my age! I saw firsthand, every day the struggles he went through and how it affected his daily routines.
This was when I knew I was going to ride for sure. I ride for my neighbor and I ride for my ex co-worker, but I ride for anyone that is living with MS.
Below is a link that you can click to donate to myself or my team. Each person is required to have $400 of donations before they can ride. I've set my goal at $1000 because I think we can do it and make a difference! Obviously, I could go in and pay my own $400 and meet my minimum goal, but that's not how fundraising is supposed to work!
